Project Management
For authors
Writing, publishing and promoting a book can be deeply overwhelming. Where to begin? How many times should I revise my novel? What are all the steps I need to follow to self-publish (there are so MANY!)? And how do I promote my book?
I’ve answered these questions, and have helped fellow authors reach their author goals by breaking down all the steps in the process. I offer tools such as detailed checklists and figuring out realistic deadlines during one-on-one coaching. All this to help with the three main stages in self-publishing:
Book writing
Book publishing
Book promotion on social media
For video agencies
As a communication officer at the University of Antwerp, I have worked with several video agencies and freelancers. From practical planning, location scouting, selecting interviewees, preparing and doing the interviews, to managing edits and content management: I am familiar with every part of the production process.
Video production is often a complex puzzle: a lot of moving parts must come together under certain constraints and in a very strict timeframe. These parameters are what makes video production so thrilling to me, and is why I believe my project management skills have developed over time in such a way that I can tackle large-scale projects with great efficiency.
